Chinese Poetry

Clouds so low and yellow, so thick and dull
It is surrounded by trees; some thick and tall
Drenched by the moisture in the clouds
The trees stop the fog in its path and redirect its path
Stopping the clouds and sheltering the people

I like the trees stopping the fog. Mr. Chester

IT'S JUST A MATTER OF GETTING THEREMy life is a maze
I don't know where to turn
Where to stop and stay
What to do
How to do things
When to do things
The maze could lead me anywhere
The maze could do anything to me
It could be anywhere
It could be anything
It's just a matter of getting there

Cool poem! ~From Hattie :D

THOMAS JEFFERSON

Thomas Jefferson, is important for 3 main reasons; serving as president, being an American Founding Father and for writing the Declaration of Independence. Thomas Jefferson was the third President of the United States and served from March 4, 1801 to March 4, 1809. While President, Thomas Jefferson helped organize the construction of West Point, an Army college for future soldiers. In addition to being President, Jefferson was also a Founding Father. Jefferson was instrumental in the formation of the nation's first official government. Finally, Jefferson was the principal author of the Declaration of Independence. His final draft turned out to be the written final document of the Declaration of Independence. To conclude, Thomas Jefferson is a key importance to American history.

WWII Dornier raised from English Channel

You may be thinking: why is finding a German bomber so important. Well, this finding is very important to the Battle of Britain history and for the exhibits at the RAF Museum. Their scientists could study how the German aircraft bombers were similar to the British bombers in 1930. The discovery of this bomber could lead to more money for the RAF Museum. With this money the museum could better protect their valuable materials. So to conclude, this discovery could lead to better historical knowledge of the German air force and lead to more money for the museum that owns this priceless relic from the 1930.

COMMENTS for ALL the assignments
I would have liked to see more details about the maze in your poem. I think there is more you could have said about that metaphor. The Jefferson paper is good. Poem 3, Jefferson 4. Mr. Chester.
Good to know Mr. C!
